Bold as Love * there are 3 "Split Open & Melt" teases/false starts from Fishman before "Dog Faced Boy". ** With Boyd Tinsley on fiddle for a portion of the jam. &~ these 2 tracks were patched with the Lemonwheel Archives SBD all edits were performed in Cubase SX and Cool Edit Pro on Doomtooth by shakedown@canada.com This is one of my all-time favorite shows and I've never really been happy with this AUD, especially because the levels in this classic Jim jump all around for the first few minutes. Hence, the patch with the SBD from the archives. The levels between the SBD & original AUD were matched by dropping the SBD about 4dB. I also cut seconds of crowd noise after Coil and performed a crossfade so that you can fit all of set 2 on one disc, while retaining the abililty to "play thru" the crowd noise before the encore if you were listening to the SHNs. After rendering the tracks and re-splitting them with CD-WAV, I painstakingly removed several pops (via Cool Edit) from the SBD source, maybe I missed one or two, you'll have to let me know. These pops were a result of poor DAE on the original Lemonwheel Archives CDs. There is some distortion/noise on the SBD mid-way thru Runaway Jim, it's on my original db-certified SHNs and was not introduced during the creation of this fileset. Finally, since I was basically re-creating this fileset, I converted the D1 SHNs to .WAV and re-SHN'd them with SHNv3 (seek tables appended).
